Where we are
We are based in Sydney, Australia.  We cover all areas of the Upper North Shore area from Pymble to Berowra (and everywhere in between).  Our Personal Training sessions can be held at your home or a park near you.  Our Group Training sessions are held at Wahroonga Park (Cnr Illoura &amp; Millewa Ave, Wahroonga).Why we do it
Australia is the most obese country in the developed world!  We can stop health related illness and disease with proper exercise and nutrition.  We are not a boring gym or a rah-rah bootcamp.  We are just a bunch of everyday Active Aussies.  Consistent exercise and good nutrition will blast the fat off your body forever!.
We train our clients outdoors because there are some lovely parks in the area and getting outdoors is fun, refreshing and very motivating!  Why pay for a membership to a sweaty, stuffy and boring gym?  Do they even know your name?  We will show you a better way to exercise!  We love our clients and we make sure you actually reach your fitness goals.  We guarantee you that you will lose weight and tone up.
